WARRANTY & CUSTOMER SUPPORT POLICY

At Hibou Optical, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your visual comfort. To maintain our professional service standards, please review our official Warranty and Support Policy below:

1. Geographic Limitation of Warranty

• Local Support Only: Our warranty, adjustment, and technical support services are strictly applicable and executed within the territory of Vietnam.

• International Orders: We do not offer international shipping for warranty services, exchanges, or physical inspections. Customers residing or traveling abroad must physically present the product at one of our official stores in Vietnam to receive warranty support.

2. The 10-Day Adaptation & Adjustment Window

• 10-Day Policy: We offer a strict 10-day support window (starting from the date of product receipt) to assist with any fitting, comfort, or vision adaptation adjustments.

• Early Feedback Requirement: Progressive lenses and specialized prescriptions require an adaptation period. If you experience any discomfort, blurry vision, or alignment issues, you must notify us and bring the glasses in for adjustment within these first 10 days.

• Expiration: Any comfort or prescription claims made after the 10-day period has expired will not be eligible for free structural adjustments or lens modifications under this policy
